Facilitate the most valuable EHM conference programs. The annual HERO Forum continues to bring emerging and established trends in employee wellness to the forefront of the market place. The annual HERO Forum is widely recognized as a leading venue where the latest in best practices, research and innovation in the field of health management are discussed. The theme for 2013 will be “Building the Business Case for Health Management”. This broad topic is critically important to the sustainability of these important programs. We encourage submissions that will address this subject in traditional manner, and also those that take a fresh look at this challenge and opportunity.

General Session

These 60 minute sessions are divided between presentation and Q&A.  General session presentations are on industry leading edge topics and issues.  Read submission details

"HOW TO DO IT" Workshops

The Employer “HOW TO DO IT” workshops are presented by employers with outstanding EHM programs. These programs typically possess strong elements of program planning, leadership engagement, program design and integration with other benefits initiatives. They have demonstrated successful employee engagement strategy and quantifiable process and outcomes. The workshops are 75 minutes in length, divided equally between presentation and Q & A. Innovators Workshops

These 75 minute breakout sessions are designed to present innovative approaches to program design, delivery, measurement and engagement that are happening today in the marketplace. Sessions should be equally divided between presentation and group discussion. Interactive group exercises are recommended but not required. Networking Tables

These 60 minute sessions are informal, small group conversations on a selected topic with no formal presentation.  Each table is lead by a facilitator who starts the conversation, ensures the group stays on topic, that all participants have the chance to share, and takes notes on the discussion for possible publication following the Forum.  Read submission details
