Driving Directions

From I-10 East

    Exit Poydras St./ Superdome exit number 234B
    Take Poydras to Carondelet (about eight blocks)
    Turn left on Carondelet and go 1 block to Perdido
    Turn right on Perdido and go 1 block to St. Charles Ave.
    You will now be facing the hotel.  Valet parking is available at the front door.

From US 90

    Cross Crescent City Connection to eastbank
    Exit Camp Street
    Take Camp Street to Common Street (about 9 blocks)
    Turn left on Common and go 1 block to St. Charles
    Take a left on St. Charles
    The hotel is 2 blocks on the left

Airport

The major airport is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.  There are two main ways to get to the InterContinental Hotel
 

Shuttle
The Airport Shuttle ticket is $15.00 one way and $30.00 round trip and requires no reservation for arrivals.  Reservations are required for your return and can be made on arrival.  The Airports Shuttle desk is opposite baggage claim number 6 and runs until 2:AM.  With hotel pick ups as early as 3:30 AM  If no one is at the desk stand at the desk, the shuttle drivers will check the desk with each circuit of the airport.  You can reach Airport Shuttle at:

Taxi
Taxi's are available at the curb, a flat fee of $28.00 applies for rides to the Intercontinental.
