Registration for the 2008 HERO Forum is closed.

Having a limited registration is unusual.  It is done to ensure quality interaction with the EHM thought leaders and experts, and enhance the sharing, learning, and networking experience.


Thank you for your interest in the 2008 HERO Forum.  We believe the Forum represents an exciting new approach to employee health management (EHM) networking and education.  One of the reasons is the many EHM thought leaders who facilitate data-rich workshops and other events, who are accessible for one-on-one interaction.  The networking with peers is also extraordinary.  As the host of the C. Everett Koop National Health Awards, the Forum offers a snapshot of some of the best and most innovative EHM programs.  We hope to see you in New Orleans and are confident you’ll find the Forum a valuable experience.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations on or before July 8, 2008 receive full refund less a $50 administration fee.
  • Cancellations between July 9, 2008 and August 8, 2008, receives a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations between August 9, 2008 and September 22, 2008 receives a 25% refund.
  • Cancellations based on documented personal emergencies or health problems will receive individual refund consideration.
